Prior to joining Forever Consulting, I was the Associate Director of Research and Analytics at Canvas8 and before that a Senior Research Manager at Oxford Economics. I led innovative business and consumer research programs and provided behavioural analysis consultancy services to equip clients with powerful decision-making insights.

My expertise covers the full research cycle — from designing surveys and interview guides to managing complex fieldwork, conducting deep analysis, and presenting clear, engaging outputs, often through data visualisation tools and reports. I’m especially committed to making research meaningful: the kind that cuts through noise, lands with impact, and avoids gathering dust in a report no-one reads.

Why I chose this career…

I’ve always been fascinated by how people, systems and society interact – and how evidence-based analysis can lead to smarter, fairer outcomes. I studied Economics and Social Studies for exactly that reason, and over the years I’ve become most energised by research that connects individual stories with wider social or economic shifts. Consultancy gives me the chance to keep learning, keep questioning, and most importantly, help clients ensure those insights are put to good use.

Places I love…

Trekking through Bwindi National Park in Uganda to see the endangered mountain gorillas was one of the most unforgettable experiences; locking eyes with such beautiful and powerful creatures was humbling and completely magical. I’m happiest near the sea, whether that’s the colourful buzz of Goa or the quiet, sweeping beaches of the Isle of Harris (technically closer to home… but still an epic trek from Manchester!). And when I’m not chasing gorillas or coastlines, you’ll probably find me – boots on, phone off – hiking in the Peak District.

The project I have been most proud of…

Was leading a high-profile study on illicit trade across 35 European countries (imagine the translations!). We surveyed 37,000 consumers and 8,000 policy makers, law enforcers and business executives to explore the demand for counterfeit goods and their impact on public health and the economy. The research challenged common misconceptions, highlighted critical policy gaps, and offered actionable insights to help combat illicit trade.

It felt rewarding knowing the findings would contribute to real-world change in both business and government strategies. The icing on the cake was that, due to the sheer scale of the research, our findings were not only cited in an academic book but also used by a European institution to inform further research on an important issue that has only grown in urgency since Covid.
