Forever Consulting were great to work with, offering advice and ideas but were also flexible and happy to widen the scope of the project once we started (due to indecisive clients!), which made the project more worthwhile and meant we had a much broader evaluation report. The team were knowledgeable and able to offer advice and ideas on how to best approach the evaluation project, and kept me updated with regular meetings and updates on progress. We have ended up with an excellent evaluation report, which is being used to plan future work on women’s safety in the city and to meet the needs of our residents and visitors and to make the city a safer place.

Forever Consulting have undertaken two large programme evaluations on our behalf. The team took time to fully understand the scope of the works required and delivered to time and specification. They kept us abreast of progress and if any challenges arose, we were able to discuss these and find suitable solutions. Forever Consulting was commissioned to deliver a qualitative evaluation of our GM Warm Homes pilot, a programme designed to improve the warmth of our residents’ homes and subsequently their health and wellbeing. A high quality, timely and informative evaluation helped us to better understand lived experiences in five of our local authorities, we were pleased to hear about the positive and human impact which the programme had on the day-to-day lives of our residents.
