What our clients say...

We found Forever Consulting to be flexible, creative and professional in their approach to our project.
Kay Kelly, CEO, Walthew House
Forever Consulting were great to work with, offering advice and ideas but were also flexible and happy to widen the scope of the project once we started (due to indecisive clients!), which made the project more worthwhile and meant we had a much broader evaluation report. The team were knowledgeable and able to offer advice and ideas on how to best approach the evaluation project, and kept me updated with regular meetings and updates on progress. We have ended up with an excellent evaluation report, which is being used to plan future work on women’s safety in the city and to meet the needs of our residents and visitors and to make the city a safer place.
Candida Turner, Policy Specialist, Community Safety Team, Manchester City Council
Forever Consulting have undertaken two large programme evaluations on our behalf. The team took time to fully understand the scope of the works required and delivered to time and specification. They kept us abreast of progress and if any challenges arose, we were able to discuss these and find suitable solutions. The quality of their work was excellent and the whole team an absolute pleasure to work with.
Dr Jenny Benson, Director of Programmes & Partnerships, Cumbria Community Foundation
Forever confidently maintained a strong young person and stakeholder engagement focus throughout to ensure that we had a rounded view of impact and were able to learn from experience through the use of mixed method approaches. Communication, commitment, and delivery were excellent throughout the contract, Forever Consulting were a great partner to work with.
Donna Lewis, NEET Programme Manager, GMCA
We are really pleased with the report and the process of delivery. The team assigned to deliver the CBVA were extremely competent, patient and approachable. I appreciated the regular communication and the nudges to move things along to ensure we could meet the deadline. A large organisation quoted £100k for the same project. We pride ourselves on being cost effective and providing value for money, so we are thrilled to receive such a great service and exactly what we needed for a fraction of the price.
Lavinia Ferguson, National Anti-Fraud Network
I have been particularly impressed with the expertise that Forever Consulting brought to the table, and how they fully embraced a partnership approach. They kept us on track by delivering key outputs within agreed timescales, and worked with us to effectively respond to various challenges and changing situations. We needed to amend the scope and approach at times, during which it was clear that their commitment to meeting the needs of the programme and the Council were well above any other drivers. I would not hesitate to recommend Forever Consulting.
Sharon Hanbury, Zero Carbon Programme Manager, Manchester City Council
The team have a positive outlook and great ‘can do, let’s do it’ attitude. Happy to take full ownership of the project in hand but were equally comfortable to work with our internal tenant engagement team as extra resource to make sure the required targets were met.
Jacqui Gambles, Tenant Voice & Engagement Officer, Wigan Council
It was great to work with Forever. They are incredibly knowledgeable in their field, and they were able to provide an insightful report on our organisation, within a local and national context. Their friendly and approachable style supports great collaborative working and the opportunity to share knowledge and skills. It’s been a pleasure to work with them.
Helen Kendrick, Senior Manager: Operations, Heart of England Community Foundation
High quality report as always with Forever and excellent value for money.
Stewart Nicholson, Director Capital Services, Hull City Council
Forever provided clear communication and guidance throughout the project on communication and feedback from residents. Approaches are forward thinking and gave fresh ideas to tenant engagement.
Matt Roberts, Strategic Director, Southway Housing
The Forever team were excellent to work with on our project, and delivered a very effective and engaging consultation strategy at short notice and in a tight timeframe. The facilitation of webinars and management of the online engagement platform was superb, and the team helped us navigate through a potentially difficult public consultation providing advice throughout. I look forward to working with the Forever Consulting team again soon.
Matt Prudence, Project Manager, Clarion Housing
Forever Consulting was commissioned to deliver a qualitative evaluation of our GM Warm Homes pilot, a programme designed to improve the warmth of our residents’ homes and subsequently their health and wellbeing. A high quality, timely and informative evaluation helped us to better understand lived experiences in five of our local authorities, we were pleased to hear about the positive and human impact which the programme had on the day-to-day lives of our residents. In turn, we thoroughly enjoyed working with Forever Consulting particularly their friendly and personable approach that is underpinned by excellent communication skills; and their unsurpassable knowledge and experience of our city-region.
Fraser Bell, Lead Analyst, Greater Manchester Combined Authority
We have all been so impressed with Forever Consulting. The evaluation has been presented with very useful information and in an accessible format. They also raised interesting points / stats about project and the Black Country as a whole. The team have also been flexible to our changing requirements.
Ben Slater, Community Matters Programme Manager
The Forever Consulting team are a pleasure to work with, being flexible and adaptable in their approach and taking account of our local situation to achieve the outcomes of the project. They were able to quickly establish good working relationships with us as a client and with our local stakeholders and have promoted a collaborative, inclusive approach to the evaluation project.

Steven Graham, Community Liaison Manager, Clarion Housing Group
Due to the global pandemic we had to amend timescales and shift our focus. Throughout this, Forever Consulting worked with us effectively. They provided reassurance and clarity in terms of what we wanted to achieve from the evaluation. They delivered an exceptional evaluation, which has been well received by our board and stakeholders.
Tina Costello, Chief Executive, Heart of England Community Foundation
Forever Consulting assisted in delivering a complex engagement exercise regarding the proposal of a new park in Stockport city centre. Their knowledge and expertise helped in identifying key stakeholders that were overlooked in the initial consultation process and came up with engaging and creative ways to bring them into the conversation.
Isabel Lezcano, Senior Landscape Architect, Optimised Environments Ltd
We needed the work doing very quickly. Forever Consulting was extremely flexible and delivered against our ambitious timescales.
Carl Lewis, Project Manager, Hull City Council
We found Forever Consulting really understood our needs and the arena we operate in. They were great to work with and flexible to our needs. We would certainly work with them again and recommend them to others.
